Brief & Design Concept
I can work in parallel with your Architect to refine the interior architecture of your project. This is an excellent time to involve an Interior Designer. Check out this blog post on why.
I will work with you to define the design concept, fully reflecting your personality and style.
Build & Design
I can support you in finding and appointing trades to complete your project.
I can provide design management to oversee the execution of the design, with regular site visits and feedback on how your project is progressing.
Planning Applications
I can support you in your planning application, alongside your Architect or Builder. This includes help with listed building consents and applications.
Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment
I can provide a full shopping list for you to purchase from or I offer a full procurement service. Both options give you access to my exclusive trade discounts.
Technical Design
This is the exciting part and where we work to define all the technical elements of your project. This includes bespoke joinery designs, as well as electrical and lighting plans.
Styling & Turn Key Services
Styling and turn key services are included in all full service design projects. Providing you with the perfect finish, ready for you to move straight into and enjoy.
