What is included?

  • Detailed Questionnaire: To understand your family, lifestyle, and project goals, we provide a personalised questionnaire.

  • 2 hour consultation: Conducted either in-person, this meeting allows us to discuss your project, lifestyle, and view the spaces involved.

  • Follow-Up Package: Within 7 working days of our meeting, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing our discussion and presenting you with a layout option in 2D CAD format which best represents your new space. 

  • Additional Services: 

    • We offer planning permission and building regulation application packages.

    • Full specification design of your space.

    • Lighting, electrical and small power designs. 

    • Additional floor plan drawings and elevations. 

    • Storage Space joinery designs and elevations.

  • Or book your slot using the button below. If you are interested in an online consultation and cannot see any availability to suit you, then please reach out so we can find a suitable date.

  • Tailored Questionnaire: Once your slot is secured via full payment, you will receive a questionnaire tailored to gather vital information on your project.

  • Consultation Meeting:  I attend our two hour meeting which will take place in-person within your home.  Travel included up to 30 miles from SO18 (additional charges apply for greater distances). Online consultations take place via Google Meets - requested documents must be sent to me at least 72 hours prior to our meeting.
