Our Design & Build service is our flagship offering and the reason Hinton House exists.
We manage every stage of your renovation, extension or new build: architectural layouts, planning coordination, interior design, procurement and full construction delivery. Kerry leads the design and project management; Aaron oversees construction and site delivery. Your project is in the hands of the same two people from the very first meeting to the day you move back in.
This is not a building company with a designer on the side. It is a fully integrated studio where design and construction decisions are made together, in service of a single, cohesive vision.

HOW IT WORKS
Our Process
Discovery & Brief
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to understand your ambitions and establish whether our approach is the right fit. If it is, we visit your home (chargeable visit), develop a detailed design brief and provide a bespoke project quotation.
Concept & Design Development
We develop your design in-house: architectural layouts, spatial planning, interior schemes, material palettes and lighting design. Everything is considered together, so structural and aesthetic decisions support one another from the outset.
Planning & Pre-Construction
Once your design is approved, we coordinate planning applications, technical drawings and structural calculations. We manage all consultants and submissions on your behalf.
Construction & Delivery
Our construction team brings your design to life with precision and care. You receive regular updates throughout, with Kerry and Aaron remaining your primary points of contact until the final day.
FEES
This is a bespoke service. Fees are dependent on the scope and scale of your project and every quotation is tailored to your specific brief.
